Otosan Nasal Spray is a natural decongestant nasal spray made with organic plant extracts and clean marine waters.

This hypertonic solution is made from the clean sea waters of Brittany, which has been enriched with natural plant extracts and essential oils to provide relief from a stuffed up nose.

The natural saline solution can naturally reduce nasal mucus and stuffiness.

Blackcurrant and lemon essential oils also provide a decongestant effect, which breaks down the mucus, and can also provide anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial effects.

Tea tree oils helps to open up the airways, and pairs up with aloe vera to soothe and protect the lining of the nose and throat.

Otosan is free from vasoconstrictors, and uses no propellant gas.
