Place the items in their original packaging or any secure mailer, ensuring all original garment tags remain attached.

Attach the Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
