Recommended daily dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Children under 12: 5 ml (1 teaspoon). Dosage can be increase during winter: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times, daily Children 3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily.Warnings: Not suitable for children under 3 years.
